Are you an Internet telemedicine pharmacy?
We use Internet and web app technology for a better patient experience, but we are not a telemedicine pharmacy. We are a brick-and-mortar pharmacy located in Arlington, TX. We are governed by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations and other jurisdictions that we may be licensed in.
Do I need a prescription to purchase medicine?
For prescription medications, we need a prescription from a healthcare provider in the United States that you have a patient-provider relationship. The provider needs to issue the prescription order in the usual course and scope of their practice.
Where can you deliver medicines?
SIMPLE RX PHARMACY currently serves Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. We will deliver Rx to these state residents pursuant to a legit prescription. We will update as we are licensed in other states.
Where do you get the medicines from?
We purchase our medicines from major distributors and manufacturers licensed to sell in the United States. These are the same places where big chain and independent pharmacies purchase from. We do not get medicines from Canada or Mexico or any other country. Distributors that we work with are VAWD accredited.
Can you compound my medications?
We love compounding. We compound a variety of non-sterile medications per patient’s specific prescriptions. We have state-of-the-art lab facilities.
Am I allowed to purchase medicines out of pocket and not use my insurance?
Our prices are good for ALL, including patients over 65 years of age. Since we do not bill any third party or government-subsidized insurance, we are able to offer low discounted prices to all without restrictions.
Can you take care of my emergency medicines?
We deliver most prescriptions within one to five business days. But we understand that there can be unforeseen delays in the process. We recommend that you order maintenance medicines at least a week before you run out. Any urgent or emergency medicine needs to be picked up or filled at your closest local pharmacy.
